Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2024/25 Managers and Volunteer

There is no fee with this registration and therefore no refund policy.

6U/8U Tournaments

Refunds will be based on a case-by-case basis. Contact your division representative for any questions.

HAYHA Pre-Season Practices

Refunds need to be approved by the HAYHA board and will be based on a case by case basis.

HAYHA 2024 Fall 6U & 8U 3x3

Any requests for refunds will be addressed by the HAYHA Board on a case by case. Team refunds will only be offered if there are not enough teams registered for the tournament to take place. If a team is unable to make the tournament, they must cancel at least 30 days prior to the tournament so there is time for another team to fill their spot.
